I’m using it at http://allfreelancewriting.com, and am running into to problems that I haven’t been able to figure out (hopefully you’ll know the answer). 🙂
1. The footer floats up on most pages (like any post page), and
2. On posts where there are comments posted, the sidebars get pushed to the bottom of the page.
If you have any ideas on fixing those two things, I would appreciate it. 🙂

Would it be possible to tell us which files were changed? If I can avoid overwriting all of my visual changes for my site by just uploading the altered file(s), that would be great, because I honestly doubt I’d remember to change everything a second time. :d

Actually, I may have spoken too soon. I’m seeing a few new problems now. 🙁
Now my posts with comments appear to be ok with both the sidebar and the footer. But my posts that have no comments aren’t displaying the sidebar at all, and the footer on those pages gets pushed down unusually far, with a big white gap between the end of the content and the footer area.
I only swapped out the files that you previously said were changed, so I wouldn’t have to try to alter everything else to account for my own changes (like the addition of advertising and such). With 1.2, did you change any files other than the single.php, 404.php, and style.css that you mentioned before? If so, maybe that’s why I have a new issue.

sebelumnya maaf, kemarin sudah saya pakai, tapi di halamn depan (index) saya, sidebarnya pada melorot, tapi ini terjadi juga pada theme yang lain. malah di Prosense yang saya pakai, juga melorot dan tulisannya makin ke bawah makin gedhe fontnya. kenapa ya…

To change Ayumi Pictures is easy, just replaced Ayumi Picture files on images folder.

yep… i think wordpress doesn’t have post2cat anymore… they change the coding for 2.3 I think… it displays an error with my database name so I temporarily hide the search function.

Okay, if you using Standard version of WordPress, just activated Ayumi then go to your profile and edit the descriptions and save, after you doing that. The Description text will changed.

I have a question about this theme. I am editing the stylesheet to change many colors. The box border color around the “about” box on the top of the sidebars is driving me crazy. I have this CSS:

This changed the outside border color, but there seems to be an inner color defined somewhere that is still 3AC52C, but I can’t seem to find it.

For the best way to solve the problem, use any editor such as Notepad++ or TextMate and try to find and replace the color RBG code.

Thanks for responding, but I must apologize. I did change the RGB color code and saw that the outer green border did change, however that inner green border color was still there. Sometimes it’s best to just walk away from a problem and let the subconscious work on it for awhile because after I did that, I realized that the image I had put there had the same green border on it!

Hi Anne, it’s easy to do this, go to images folder and replaced you.jpg with your own images. And for the best fit, use image width and height some as my original.

I’ve had no problem changing some of the characteristics of the theme- except for my lack of php code knowledge 😛 – but, I’ve been wondering about replacing the image with some code that would allow to load totating images randomly.
I found some codes that should work, but I can’t figure out which to use and, most importantly, where to place it.

I love this layout and was hoping to switch to it, but there were a couple of problems I had…
1) I cannot figure out how to switch the “About” text under the header image. I tried updating my profile information, but nothing happened.
2) Is there any way to show the post author? I have a site with five writers, each with their own voice and things they write about, so it would be weird not to know who wrote what…
3) Is there any way to add a header image randomizer? (This isn’t really a problem, just a curiosity!)

I ve downloaded this theme and i am trying to get the german localization working. I mean the supplied *.po file works so far, The problem are the month and weekday translations. I ve edited the de_DE.po file with lines like this:

msgstr “Oktober”
msgid “November”
msgstr “November”

msgstr “Dezember”
msgid “Monday”
msgstr “Montag”
msgid “Tuesday”
msgstr “Dienstag”
msgid “Wednesday”

and created a new *.mo file, but this doesn’ t do it. January is January and not the german Januar and Tuesday shows up as Tuesday and not the german Dienstag. Is this a php problem and i have to edit the source code?
